Beach houses

In the summer of 2008, five luxury beach houses were added to Satulinna. One house is designed for a party of ten and four houses for up to six people. The houses are built on the lakefront, in a quiet location of natural beauty, which makes them well suited even for extended holidays. Each house has its own boat and jetty. The furnishings and equipment are top class, including wireless Internet access (WLAN).

Most beach houses are also suited for meetings in smaller groups. All Satulinna services and events are at the disposal of beach house guests.

Equipment and utensils

The beach house rent includes furniture, bed linen, bedding, bath towels (1 set/guest) and shower gel. Electricity, water, detergents, toilet and kitchen tissue paper, baking paper, tin foil, a basic dinner service, basic spices, coffee and tea (1 package/guest) are also included. The houses are equipped with TV + DVD, wireless Internet access, automatic air-conditioning and heating.

Accessories include microwave, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Each house is also equipped with 2 bicycles, snow shoes, Nordic walking sticks, firewood and a rowboat.

Available extra charge items:

• Breakfast delivered to the house or special breakfast in the Manor hotel, depending on current bookings.
• Daily maid service and check-out cleaning
• Well-being treatment at the manor or the beach house.

Price list

Pets are allowed in one of the beach houses. Please inform us about your pet when booking and note that we debit an extra pet cleaning charge of 50 euros. We also debit a separate charge for excessive cleaning requirements, damaged or missing equipment and utensils, as well as other extra costs caused to the hotel. A list of equipment and utensils is available in the house. For additional information, please contact the staff. We are happy to help. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change this price list.

Terms of reservation

When a reservation is completed, these terms become binding. The down payment (50%) must be paid by the due date, but a reservation may be cancelled free of charge before the due date. The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the date of the stay. Last-minute reservations (for a stay that begins in less than 4 weeks) are payable in full when making the reservation. Last-minute reservations become binding immediately.

A reservation must be made by a person 18 years of age or older. Underage guests staying unsupervised by an adult must have a commitment in writing, signed by a parent or guardian, presented to the sales person no later than 14 days before the date of the stay.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations must always be presented in writing to the NEXT Hotel Satulinna sales service. Leaving the bill unpaid does not constitute a cancellation.

• If you cancel a reservation 28 days before the date the stay is due to begin or earlier, the down payment will be returned less a cancellation charge of 34 euros and a processing charge of 12 euros.
• If you cancel a reservation no later than 28 days before the date the stay is due to begin, the down payment will be debited.
• Reservations cancelled on a date later than 28 days before the date the stay is due to begin will be charged in full.
• If a reservation is cancelled due to a serious illness or the death of the person making the reservation or of a family member, hotel charges paid will be refunded, less a cancellation and processing charge of 46 euros. A refund requires a medical certificate.
• A reservation can be cancelled without charge before the due date of the down payment.

The right of NEXT Hotel Satulinna to cancel a reservation:

In the event of circumstances beyond the control of NEXT Hotel Satulinna (force majeure), the hotel has the right to cancel a reservation. Under these circumstances the client has the right to a refund of all payments. In such a case, Next Hotel Satulinna will try to help the client find similar accommodation elsewhere. NEXT Hotel Satulinna reserves the right to change prices.
